ANGER...DAMN THIS ANGER!

Today things started off slow. The usual office stuff, but then i was reminded that anger leads to childish behaviour and dumb decisions. My boss' mood has been testy the whole wk. At this time u beta do exactly wat he says, no matter how silly or a phone may be thrown at u! yeah, it's like that. Fuck, how anger can destroy one....I'm trying hard to get rid of my anger coz i really don't want to end up as a Naomi Campbell wannabe! LESSON LEARNT!
